Friday was one of my working days which normally means achy legs. That night my legs were really painful. It was really hot during the day so I didn’t wear my tights to work which I don’t think helped. Usually by the next day they settle down and are fine, but yesterday my legs hurt…. a lot.
I didn’t really want to sit down yesterday but the weather wasn’t exactly dry, so I decided to do a bit of cleaning and make some fudge. I make fudge quite a lot, it’s one of my hobbies that I started not long ago. My first ever batch came out lovely!
I thought I’d experiment yesterday by adding different flavours, I added peppermint flavour in one batch and I made a small batch of strawberry (with food colouring added too), also a batch of just original creamy fudge. My eldest son absolutely loves the fudge I make but I don’t let him eat too much as it’s very sweet whereas my middle son isn’t keen. My OH doesn’t particularly have a sweet tooth but he will have a few pieces here and there 🙂
I can honestly say that having a few pieces certainly made me feel a little better.
Luckily for me my legs did settle down by the evening. I really do hate when I feel so uncomfortable as I don’t know what to do with myself. The only way I deal with it is to keep moving and hope that’s helping.
